Not what was pictured
The picture on the Amazon website showed 2 booklets and a cd. I received a DVD training video, which is ok, but then the booklets came as "E-Books" on the separate cd.
I would have take the booklet to the gym to use as a guide when doing exercises. Its not very practical to take my laptop to the gym to use the "E-Books".
