Aligned and Well - Knees and Hips



Effective exercise alignment program
I find Katy Bowman's Aligned and Well to be so effective that I just can't help wondering IF my mother would have developed Parkinson's had she been doing this DVD. I wonder. My mother was a Physical Education teacher before marrying my father and was always quite the health nut and nutrition nut. She was so proud that she played tennis a couple times a week beating those 10-20 years younger than herself! We were all so surprised when she started shuffling and could not lift her legs any more and anyone in the health field would immediately recognize what she was doing - the Parkinson's Shuffle! I truly wonder if my mother had done the exercises on this DVD, if she would have developed the shuffle or if it could have offset or even prevented the development of low dopamine in her neurotransmitter levels. I wonder. I plan on keeping these muscles strong and flexible in myself as I do not want to get Parkinson's or anything resembling that.

Helpful Tips
The information in this video was very interesting. My body feels better after just making a few simple changes. I would love to see all the videos from Aligned and Well at some point. One thing I would like in the future is a workout video using this techniques. Good information though.
