This video is a must buy for women who like overall toning in as little time as possible...

I bought 3 kettle bell videos by other trainers, before I purchased this version by Lauren. They were good for beginners, but did not offer progressive training. Lauren's video has levels of increasingly more challenging kettle bell exercises (all in one video).

After 8 sessions of Lauren's video, I was getting compliments on losing weight. My eating habits had not changed, so I knew it was Lauren's video that made the difference.
My pants were looser. I was definitely losing inches.

The amazing thing is... I was seeing results although I was only completing about 35 minutes of the workout.
I am a 52 year old woman about 5'2 tall. I was size 8 when I started. Initially I used a 10 lb kettle bell, but graduated to a 15 pound kettle bell by the 5th session.
In the video, Lauren uses a workout partner who is about my age. So I figured if she can do...
